The doll’s makeup is applied using QYDOLL’s proprietary painting recipe. During use and storage, avoid vigorously rubbing the doll as this may cause the makeup to peel off. The makeup will gradually fade over time, so we offer a free touch-up service once within one year.
QYDOLL dolls may accumulate dust and stains on their surface, requiring maintenance at regular intervals. To clean, gently wipe the surface with a sponge or towel dipped in warm water. If there are stubborn stains, repeat the process with baby shower gel, taking care not to apply excessive force. After the doll’s surface dries, you can apply a layer of baby powder.
For dolls stored for extended periods, a slight oil seepage may occur due to the silicone material. Simply wipe it gently with a towel.
The maintenance interval for dolls varies depending on usage and storage conditions, but a general recommendation is once a month.
The dolls you purchase are customized products, and production times vary based on different requirements. The typical production time is 5-13 days.
